1. How do I know my credit card details will be safe?

This site uses a secure server to take credit card details

2. I don't like using credit cards on the internet - can I pay by cheque?

Of course you can as long as the currency of the transfer is in £ Sterling. This method of payment will take a little longer as you will have to wait for the funds too clear. Please contact us with your requirements and we will provide details on how to pay using a cheque.

3. I really like a picture in the gallery but it isn't for sale, can a buy something similar?

Arthur would be very happy to paint a similar picture, BUT the picture will not be exactly the same because no two original paintings will be. Please contact Arthur with your requirements

4. I would like to take up watercolour painting but I'm not sure which video to buy?

The Coastal and the 3 in 1 video are probably the most suitable, but only you will know the level you are at. Please click here for detailed information about the videos

5. Our dispatch and returns policy

On clearance of funds videos are normally dispatched within 7 days.

In the unlikely event of a video being faulty, it should be returned with a note describing the fault. It will then be replaced and all postage refunded
